Connecting the world is about being in touch, helping each other, getting involved. Which is why CFL gets involved with good causes – both locally and nationally. From small local events to Comic Relief, we believe in helping others so that we help each other at CFL, creating a culture of mutual respect and understanding.

Community

Community

For us, Connecting the world starts with connections in the community. A connection close to our hearts is the Heathrow Special Needs Centre, an invaluable place where people with all kinds of disabilities and special needs can go to enjoy life by spending time with animals, surrounded by nature. We firmly believe that working closely with projects of this kind not only helps those in need but also helps maintain a culture of respect and kindness at CFL.

Perks

Perks

Teams do their best work when they’re happy and engaged. A few perks here and there go a long way to creating a more inspirational place to work. We have perks-a-plenty here. Like free mobile phone insurance, cinema tickets, discounts on gym membership, holidays, shopping from some of the UK’s biggest brands and even Sky TV. We also have special rewards when a team member has gone beyond the call of duty. Perks, well, they perk everybody up.

Earn while you learn and do it in a way that’s best suited to you. CFL offers a great mix of apprenticeships in anything from health and safety to security to forklift training. You can also study for NVQs and take your learning right up to Degree level. There really is no better way to get both hands-on experience and on the job training.
