At CFL, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct across our operation.
We encourage employees, customers, suppliers, and visitors to raise concerns about any suspected fraud, bribery, corruption, breach of the law or other improper conduct. Reports can be made confidentially to our Managing Director either by email to matthew.rye@cfl.aero or by speaking directly with him. Alternatively, concerns can be reported through CFL’s dedicated email address at whistleblowing@cfl.aero, where they will be handled confidentially.
All concerns will be listened to and taken seriously, handled sensitively, and investigated appropriately. If you are in any doubt as to whether a concern is valid, you should report it and CFL will decide to what extent it needs to be investigated.
By speaking up, you help us protect our organisation, our people, and the communities in which we operate.
If your concern relates specifically to the importation of illegal goods, you may contact HMRC’s confidential hotline on 0800 595 000.
